We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Body Shop Prepper to join our busy collision repair team. The successful candidate will prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle panels and surfaces for painting.
• Sand, mask, and clean vehicles before paint application.
• Apply primers and sealers as required.
• Inspect repaired panels for imperfections and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work closely with painters and body technicians to meet production deadlines.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a body shop prepper or in automotive refinishing.
• Knowledge of sanding, masking, and paint preparation techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
