Position Overview Seeking RNs with the following experience for our Celebration Float Pool: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Schedule Full time. Shift Day (United States of America). Location 400 CELEBRATION PL, CELEBRATION, Florida 34747. Job Description / Responsibilities Perform and document accurate initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patient conditions and needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to address identified patient needs and goals. Administer medications accurately and appropriately as ordered, monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions as necessary. Supervise and guide nursing personnel in delivering safe, therapeutic, and quality patient care, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Provide patient and family education about the care plan, medications, procedures, and other relevant information to ensure understanding and compliance. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 1 year of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting. Will float to appropriate departments within scope, skill/ability, and credentials.
