Production Manager (Tampa)

About the Opportunity TruTeam, part of the TopBuild family, is an industry leader in energy‑efficient insulation and building materials. We are looking for a Production Manager to lead the location’s production department and drive results. Responsibilities Full responsibility for all aspects of the production department. Visit work sites, direct and coordinate production schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction. Solicit new business while maintaining existing business at required margin levels. Support the Branch Manager, improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through implementation of effective methods and strategies. Manage a team and monitor processes and procedures for job activities performed by installers. Responsible for all aspects of human resources: interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development. Any other duties, tasks or responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle. 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience; preference for construction/installation/trades. Bi‑lingual English/Spanish (preferred). Ability to perform essential functions of the position; reasonable accommodation provided when needed. This is a safety‑sensitive position. Travel and Physical Requirements Local travel required; less than 50% of travel. Flexible schedule may include evening and weekend hours as required by demand. Prolonged standing, repetitive motions (bending, stooping, pushing, pulling), good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
