Project Administrator

Datacentrix KZN is looking for a Project Administrator to join the team and to support project manager by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring resource availability for the project team Qualifications and Experience Matric \\ Grade 12 (Compulsory) Diploma in Information Technology in Business Analysis, Project Management module or course essential. Previous Project Coordination or Project Management experience is a plus. Key Performance Area's Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other project artifacts. Supervise the project procurement process. Setup Meetings for the PMO with clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines. Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed. Assign tasks to team members. Help project managers monitor project progress and team members’ performance. Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports. #J-18808-Ljbffr Datacentrix
