Senior Associate, Global Ads GTM Strategy and Operations

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic projects and initiatives aimed at accelerating revenue, improving the health and quality of our GTM motion, and designing key operating rhythms across cross functional teams. You will partner closely with Ads Monetization Leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that drive the business and our ambitious goals forward. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, data modeling and analysis, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.What you’ll doProduct Analytics and Insights: Conduct rigorous analysis (adoption, revenue, etc.) of our highest priority products to determine incremental revenue potential and opportunities / challenges for product and GTM teams to tackle. Develop quantitative and qualitative insights and ​​translate them into actionable business recommendations for cross functional partners and senior leadership.Revenue Sizing and Goaling: Quarterback quarterly product revenue / adoption goal creation and reporting - visualizing trends via user friendly dashboards and advising Sales and GTM teams on recommended actionStrategic Mindset and Project Management: Lead the execution of strategic projects, from early stage ideas to implementation. You will shape strategy, work closely with key stakeholders, and project manage the executionLead and collaborate: Work closely with business units and core ads monetization functions (e.g. Product, PMM, Business Marketing, Sales…) to develop and implement strategic initiatives. Coordinate, operationalize and drive execution of projects.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesSuperior analytical skills, problem solving, business sense, and project management skillsetStrategic mindset to tackle ambiguous problems in structured waysProven track record of successfully leading strategic projects or initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and driving/influencing changeStrong ability to communicate, motivate and influence Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for achieving goals and delivering impactAbility to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.Minimum QualificationsBS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience4+ years experience in consulting, strategy, product analytics, or strategy operations role Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using SQL/BigQuery and financial modelingPreferred QualificationsKnowledge and experience in digital advertising with strong understanding of business model, key KPIs, etc. Data visualization experience (dashboard building via Tableau, LookerStudio, etc.)Passion for AI and track record of using AI for data analysis or other day to day workflowsAn operator mindset and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to do whatever it takes to execute, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.Passion for AI and track record of using AI for data analysis or other day to day workflowsMBA or other relevant advanced degreePassion for technology, social media, and digital innovation. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
