Key Responsibilities for the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
• Enhance employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Track recruiting metrics and support continuous improvement of hiring processes

Qualifications for the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
