Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries and resolving issues, maintaining client records and updating information as needed, assisting with customer retention strategies, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include strong communication and problem-solving skills, experience in customer service preferred, and the ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, retirement planning, business insurance, college planning, and renters insurance. Our office is located in Santa Barbara, CA, and our office is open 9am - 5:30pm. We currently have 5 team members at our agency. Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and Golden Triangle. Additional languages spoken: Spanish.
