We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Lexington team — someone with fire in their belly, a proven track record, and the kind of work ethic that does not need to be managed.

Compensation: $85,000 to $125,000 per year

Responsibilities: What Youll Do
Carry your own caseload — criminal and traffic, intake through trial.
Own case strategy from day one.
Draft and argue motions that win.
Negotiate hard with the Commonwealths Attorneys.
Dig into the evidence and build the defense.
Show up prepared in every courtroom, every jurisdiction.
Keep clients informed and cases moving.
Hit every deadline and every docket.
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our team and tech.
Protect the firms name with results.

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
Active member of the Virginia State Bar in good standing.
Proven courtroom presence and the confidence to match it.
A positive attitude that elevates the team around you.
An uncompromising work ethic and a genuine drive to win.
Experience in criminal defense, traffic law, or related areas is a plus, but not required.
