This role partners closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and external partners to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable integrations using SAP Integration Suite. The position plays a key role in evaluating new technologies, developing proof-of-concepts, and establishing integration designs that support strategic enterprise initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite to connect enterprise applications, data platforms, and external partnersCollaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration designsDevelop and maintain integration architecture standards, patterns, and technical documentation to support enterprise initiativesLead proof-of-concept efforts and evaluate emerging technologies, applications, and integration capabilitiesSupport enterprise projects involving platforms such as SAP, Coupa, Concur, Workday, and ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with integration standardsProvide technical guidance on integration architecture, interfaces, data flows, and best practices throughout the project lifecycleTroubleshoot complex integration issues and support the ongoing stability, performance, and reliability of integration solutionsPartner with Enterprise Architecture and development teams to ensure integration solutions align with organizational standards and technology roadmapsWhat is Expected of You and Others at This LevelIn-depth knowledge and experienceUses existing solutions to resolve complex issuesWorks independently; receives minimal guidanceActs as a resource for colleagues with less experienceRepresents the level at which career may stabilize for many yearsCompetencies Expected of You and Others at This Level Manages Conflict - Handling conflict situations effectively and with a minimum of noise Communicates Effectively - Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences Decision Quality - Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward Directs Work - Providing direction, delegating and removing obstacles to get work done Resourcefulness - Securing and deploying resources effectively and efficiently Demonstrates Self-Awareness - Using a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required. Master’s Degree preferred5-10 years relevant experience as a Solution Architect or Integration Developer IT Functional Analyst subject matter expert required.Minimum 5+ years of experience with SAP Integration Suite (BTP), CPI, or PI/PO requiredStrong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.Experience with integration platforms and patterns (APIs, messaging, event-driven integration), cloud services, and integration with enterprise applications (e.g., SAP).Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., SAP, cloud, integration/middleware platforms) preferred.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPhysical Requirements and Working EnvironmentProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed.
