Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and diagnose patients using appropriate tools and methodologies such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), ensuring a comprehensive plan of care tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

• Continuously evaluate patient progress to determine the effectiveness of interventions and implement necessary strategies for improvement in mental health outcomes.

• Prepare and maintain accurate treatment records and documentation using current technologies, aligning with regulatory requirements and our department protocols.

• Collaborate with patients and their support systems to develop a detailed and culturally sensitive treatment plan, ensuring all voices are heard and included in the care process.

• Work closely with other healthcare providers and agencies to coordinate referrals, acting as a crucial link in securing further treatment options for patients.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to interns, students, and volunteers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within our organization.

• Participate in regular peer reviews and clinical collaboration sessions to continuously enhance your own clinical skills and those of your colleagues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a current LCSW license from the State Board of Social Work Licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
