Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or group of patients following the nursing process and established standards of care.
- Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, implement interventions, and document nursing actions and outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol; monitor for adverse effects and notify the appropriate team members as needed.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team; participate in hand-offs and care planning to support safe transitions.
- Maintain patient safety and privacy, adhere to infection control practices, and respond to changes in patient condition with clinical judgment and independent thinking.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (state requirements as applicable)
- Med Surg nursing experience in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work Nights and maintain the 12-hour shift schedule
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated clinical judgment and independence in delivering patient care
