Responsibilities
- Administer APTA-standard physical therapy treatments under limited supervision to relieve pain, restore motor function, and maintain optimal performance.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.
- Monitor patient progress, document findings, and update records in accordance with facility policy and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure patient safety, proper use of modalities and equipment, and adherence to infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to support goals and transitions of care.

Requirements
- Licensed or eligible to practice physical therapy following applicable state regulations.
- Knowledge of APTA-standard physical therapy treatments.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in an inpatient medical setting and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Availability to work eight-hour shifts and participate in a 13-week travel assignment.
