About the Job Join Our Team as a Part-Time Group Fitness Instructor! Location: Trilogy at Redmond Ridge, Redmond WA Are you passionate about fitness and love creating engaging, fun and educational workout experiences? Trilogy at Redmond Ridge, an upscale, resort-style community for active adults aged 55 and over, is looking for a vibrant and energetic Group Fitness Instructor to join our team! Part-Time shifts are during the weekdays. What You'll Do:
- Lead dynamic, safe, and entertaining group fitness classes.
- Build positive relationships with members to inspire ongoing participation.
- Adapt intensity and modify exercises to suit individual needs.
- Stay on top of fitness trends and maintain expertise in anatomy, kinesiology, and safe exercise practices for active older adults.
- A current CPR/AED certification.
- Experience or training in working with active older adults.
- A friendly, outgoing personality that can light up a room!
- Specialty certifications (like Barre, Step, Hip Hop or Kick Boxing) are a bonus!
