Job Title: Bookkeeper
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Oklahoma City
Pay: $23-$25/hr DOE
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support daily operations in a Law Office. This role requires someone who can manage administrative functions and support project workflow. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in QuickBooks and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
- Manage invoicing, billing, and financial records using QuickBooks
- Coordinate job workflow, scheduling, and documentation
- Maintain accurate job files, contracts, and customer records
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Support estimating and project management teams with documentation and follow-up
Qualifications:
- Required: QuickBooks experience
- Pass background check
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
