Health System Specialist

DutiesPerform a variety of administrative duties to support the administration and operation of the department.Determine the need to initiate hiring actions for Department personnel.Develop clinic operating policies to define access standards and delineate operating procedures for staff approval.Perform supervisory duties in conjunction to management of the clinic.Approve recommendations for reassignments and recommends approval for performance awards.Assist supervisors in various activities within the scope of responsibilities of the department in carrying out duties as a supervisor and providing regulatory guidance.
