Respiratory Therapist Opportunity

We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider in Rock Hill, SC where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current state respiratory therapist license in good standing.
• One year experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• BLS certification.
• Experience working in an acute care hospital setting, including adult and critical care patients. (Client specific requirement.)
• Ability to perform ventilator management and arterial blood gas sampling/analysis. (Client specific requirement.)
• Familiarity with bedside respiratory equipment such as mechanical ventilators, non-invasive ventilation devices, and oxygen delivery systems. (Client specific requirement.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced cardiopulmonary certifications such as ACLS or neonatal/pediatric credentials preferred.
• Previous experience with high-acuity units or trauma centers preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 1900-0700.
• Schedule pattern: 4x12.
• Expected weekly hours: 48.
• May be required to float to other facilities within the network as needed.
