Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Active Tennessee school psychologist licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Experience in assessment, counseling, and developing interventions for children and adolescents
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Adaptable to working in person, hybrid, or flexible schedules
• Previous experience in an educational setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations, assessments, and diagnostics for students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students’ academic and emotional needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling to students as needed
• Participate in meetings, consultations, and ongoing professional development
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation
