Position Summary:

The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) is a qualifiedemployee who provides intermittent services in a patient's place of residenceunder the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT). The COTA will provideservices in accordance with the patient's plan of care and direction of thelicensed OT.


Job Requirements

• Graduateof an approved school giving a course of not less than two years of COTA
• Must be licensed by the State of Missouri as a COTA
• Must have at least one year clinical experience as a COTA
• Must have current CPR certification, valid driver's license, reliable transportation and automobile insurance
