• Pay Rate: $35-$40+ / hour

Key Responsibilities

• Install & Repair: Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently and safely.
• Specialized Installs: Install and service electrical panels, EV chargers, lighting, switches, receptacles, and other fixtures.
• Code Compliance: Ensure all work strictly meets NEC standards and local electrical codes.
• Site Management: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
• Customer Service: Communicate professionally, clearly, and respectfully with homeowners and fellow team members.
• Documentation: Accurately document work performed and materials used.
• Professionalism: Represent the company with integrity, honesty, and a high standard of excellence.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of dedicated residential electrical experience.
• License: Clean and valid driver’s license.
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities and a solid working knowledge of residential wiring and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
