The Resident Care Director (RCD) serves as the clinical leader for the community, overseeing health, wellness and care coordination to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered services. This role drives clinical excellence, regulatory compliance and team performance while supporting Sunrise’s mission and care standards. What You’ll Do Lead and manage the nursing team and all care programs Conduct resident assessments and oversee Individualized Service Plans (ISP) Monitor changes in condition and coordinate with physicians and clinical partners Oversee medication management and infection control programs Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicable Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness Resident Care Director (RN) – Lead Clinical Excellence and Elevate Resident Health and Wellness Resident Care Director | Director of Nursing | RN | Senior Living | Clinical Leadership | Nursing Management Pay Range: 95,368.00 - 131,664.00 We also offer benefits and other compensation that include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay offered to get paid within hours of a shift Tuition Reimbursement In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
