iLawyerMarketing, an EverService company, is the premiere digital marketing agency for law firms in the U.S. We specialize in helping our clients generate more leads and signed cases through smarter SEO and AEO, paid search campaigns, and websites focused on maximizing conversion rates.

We're looking for a motivated, tech-savvy sales professional to join our growing Legal Marketing team. This isn't a hand-holding role. We want someone who can hit the ground running, speak the language of digital marketing, and be confident having consultative sales conversations with marketing executives and attorneys. If you know your way around SEO and paid media, love the chase of a new deal, and want uncapped earning potential, this is your seat.

You'll work independently and as part of a collaborative team, owning the full sales cycle from outreach to close. You'll thrive here if you're self-directed, tech-fluent, and energized by helping law firms grow.

We welcome candidates from a wide range of legal and legal-adjacent sales backgrounds. If you've sold to attorneys, law firms, or legal departments, we want to hear from you. You already know how to get a busy attorney's attention and earn their trust. We'll teach you the rest.

Position Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and industry events
• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, using a consultative and client-first approach
• Present iLawyerMarketing's SEO, AEO, paid search, social media, and web design solutions to attorneys and law firms, connecting our services directly with their growth goals
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including deal stages, activities, and client communications
• Build trust and credibility with prospects and clients by delivering value and exceptional service
• Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation efforts and messaging
• Partner with account managers and internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
• Provide regular pipeline updates and performance reports to leadership
