Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caregiver role based in Delray Beach FL. The Caregiver will provide non-medical support to seniors, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Responsibilities may include light housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, medication reminders, and support with errands or transportation to appointments. The role involves monitoring clients well-being, documenting observations, and communicating changes in condition to supervisors or family members. Caregivers are also expected to offer companionship, engage clients in conversation and activities, and help maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable home environment. Qualifications Ability to provide compassionate, patient, and respectful care to seniors, including support with personal care and daily living activities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust, foster relationships, and collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Organizational and time-management skills to follow care plans, maintain schedules, and accurately document care activities and observations. Basic home management skills such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and assistance with errands and appointments. Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work full-time on-site in Lake Mary, FL, including possible evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Prior caregiving, home care, or related experience is preferred; experience supporting older adults is highly beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of caregiver training, CNA certification, or similar credentials is an advantage. Ability to meet local and state requirements, including background checks, eligibility to work, and any required licenses or certifications.
