Meta & TikTok Performance Media Strategist

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a performance media buyer to drive growth for DTC and ecommerce brands. You’ll own paid media strategy across Meta and TikTok, build testing roadmaps, guide creative strategy, and communicate results to clients. If you’ve built or scaled your own ecommerce brand, we want to hear from you. This role rewards fast thinkers who test, iterate, and scale frameworks that win.
