Brunswick Dairy Farm is a state of the art dairy farm. Milking 700 cows with far off dry's at another location- farming 650 acres chop 900 acres of corn and pump around 10,000,000 million gallons of manure a year. Lots of room to grow in all aspects of the operation.

Duties/ Responsibilities maintenance

• Milking machines & automated milking systems
• Feed mixers and conveyors
• Tractors and loaders
• Manure handling equipment
• Maintain levels of extra supplies for breakdowns
• Working with all suppliers via phone and in person example W.G. dairy apple farm service
• Fixing and maintaining all equipment as needed
• Ordering parts supplies
• Any other duties that might be assigned
• Tractor work with blade and tillage equipment skid loader skill

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Highly self-motivated
• Confidentiality of information.
• Basic computer skills
• good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Time management skills to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks throughout the day.
• Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with co workers
• Run all types tractors pumping equipment monitoring

Education and Experience:

• 2 years tractor skid loader driving experience.
• Show leadership qualities.
• Minimum 1 years agriculture or maintenance background.

Physical Requirements:

• Flexible ability to fit in places to fix things
• Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds at a time.
• Ability to operate all equipment as part of regular job duties.
