About this Job

As a Social Work RN, you'll develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. You'll work with patients to manage their care appropriately and affordably. Social Work nurses combine the roles of a traditional social worker with that of a case manager, so you'll offer medical expertise in addition to non-medical patient support.
