About the Role

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, as well as monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to our nursing staff. You will also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our patients and families, and help create a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to our nursing staff
• Provide emotional support and companionship to our patients and families
• Assist with meals and snacks, and help with bathing and dressing
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and services
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with the latest best practices in patient care
