Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental front office or treatment coordinator experience
• Strong knowledge of treatment planning and dental insurance
• Must be comfortable talking about money and presenting high-value cases
• Familiarity with CDT codes
• Knowledge of PPO plans
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills
• Honesty, Integrity and attention to detail
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Capacity to work with sensitive patient information while maintaining confidentially

Responsibilities

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional Fridays optional
• Our candidate must be friendly, service oriented, able to multi-task, and reliable all while being able to focus on obtaining a high percentage of treatment acceptance from patients
• Confidently present and discuss financial arrangements for large treatment plans, including full mouth restorations, Same Day Crowns, All-on-X and Orthodontic cases
• Coordinate insurance benefits, treatment scheduling, and follow-ups
• Essential Duties (but not limited to these only, must be a team player and help the front office where needed)
• Educate and discuss treatment options, establish treatment schedules, and prepare financial arrangements with patients and collect patient payments
• Be knowledgeable in various insurance plans, exclusions and limitations
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Batch and submit to insurance if necessary
• Manage treatment reports and track outstanding treatment plans
• Greet, check in and check out patients, answer phones and perform other duties assigned
• Manage patient communications via phone, email, and text software
• Perform general administrative duties as needed

At our establishment, we prioritize patient comfort and provide the highest level of care. If you excel in attention to detail, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, we want you on our team! We are a PPO only office. This individual will consult with our patients and answer their concerns regarding dental treatment and payment options. Our candidate must be friendly, service oriented, able to multi-task, and reliable all while being able to focus on obtaining a high percentage of treatment acceptance from patients.

• Proven sales ability (dental/ortho sales strongly preferred, but not required)

• Comfortable discussing money and closing conversations

• Confident, polished communicator (in person & on the phone)

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Organized, detail-focused, and reliable

• Able to balance ethical patient care with business goals

Ideal Background

• Orthodontic or dental office experience

• Treatment coordination or case presentation experience

• Sales experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or high-ticket services

• Familiarity with practice management software (Eaglesoft, Ortho2, etc)
