Retail Sales Associate

Job Title

Ability to work well and consult with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment. Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and or supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors. Hourly Pay: This is a union store and the pay rate is set at $12.75 per hr. plus 3%-7% commission on a sliding scale dependent on the amount sold in a calendar month. This is a commission position providing commission on all retail garments/items sold as well as rentals and spiffs on custom clothing and shoes sold.
