Tax Senior Manager - Raleigh, NC (PCS) Who: An experienced tax professional with strong leadership skills and deep expertise in pass-through entity and corporate taxation. Position Overview The Senior Tax Manager will manage client tax compliance, anticipate tax issues, and provide strategic planning guidance while leading and developing less experienced professionals across a variety of industries. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing workflows, deadlines, and deliverables. Review complex tax returns for clients in manufacturing, real estate, professional services, and high-net-worth segments. Solve tax and business challenges using strong technical and analytical capabilities. Lead tax staff, seniors, and managers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Demonstrate exceptional client service and identify forward-looking tax planning opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s preferred. Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required. 7+ years of public accounting experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of pass-through entity taxation and general corporate taxation. Working knowledge of partnership taxation, including equity investment structures.
