Paving the Way Multi-Service Institute (PTWMSI) is seeking a Clinically Licensed Program Supervisor to provide clinical and operational leadership for community-based behavioral health services. In this role, you will supervise direct service staff, support quality service delivery, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and help individuals and families access meaningful behavioral health support. This position is ideal for a fully licensed clinician who enjoys balancing leadership, staff development, quality assurance, and program oversight while remaining connected to the mission and impact of behavioral healthcare. What You'll Do As a Clinical Program Supervisor, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to community support workers delivering behavioral health services across community-based programs. Lead and supervise behavioral health community support workers while supporting professional growth and accountability Provide clinical consultation, coaching, and support for complex or high-risk situations Monitor program performance, service quality, and consumer outcomes Support staffing, scheduling, workflow management, and service delivery needs Review documentation and service activities to ensure quality and compliance standards are met Partner with leadership to strengthen program performance and improve operational effectiveness Support onboarding, training, and workforce development initiatives Collaborate with community partners, referral sources, schools, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders Help identify opportunities to improve services, processes, and consumer outcomes Required Qualifications Active DC behavioral health license in good standing (LICSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent) Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field Three years of behavioral health experience Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supervising community-based behavioral health services Experience with DBH-funded programs Experience with quality improvement, program oversight, or utilization management Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families Flexible work from home options available.
