Responsibilities Registered Nurse (RN) Manager Opportunity Lead and shape the daily operations of a dynamic inpatient unit, overseeing the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with psychiatric and substance use disorders. In this role, you’ll drive the implementation and continuous evaluation of nursing practices across all hospital units—ensuring exceptional outcomes, fostering a collaborative team environment, and making a meaningful impact on patient recovery every day. The schedule for this role is either Monday – Thursday, 12p – 9p, OR Friday – Sunday, 9a – 9p St Simons By-the-Sea is a 101-bed behavioral health hospital specializing in psychiatric care and addiction treatment for both adults and adolescents.
