Full Steam Staffing is hiring multiple Maintenance Clerks' to join their team in Wasco, CA!

Location: Wasco, CA

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Shift: Varies

Seasonal Position – Pistachio Harvest Season

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Maintenance Clerk to support our maintenance department during the busy pistachio harvest season in Wasco, CA. This position will assist with administrative tasks, recordkeeping, inventory tracking, and daily support for the maintenance team in a fast-paced food processing environment. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working closely with maintenance and production teams.

• Provide administrative support to the maintenance department.
• Maintain and update maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist with tracking work orders, repairs, and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Enter and update inventory records for maintenance parts and supplies.
• Help organize maintenance paperwork, invoices, and documentation.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities as needed.
• Communicate with maintenance team members regarding parts, supplies, and equipment needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance office and work area.
• Follow all food safety, GMP, OSHA, and company safety guidelines.
• Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

• Previous clerical, administrative, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a food processing or industrial setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with different teams.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed during the harvest season.
