As a Security Officer Patrol Monitoring in Greensboro, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff while supporting a welcoming environment. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate community.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential areas, common spaces, amenities, parking areas, roadways, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
