Speech Language Pathologist

We are looking for a talented Speech Language Pathologist (SLP ) to join our team for the school year. Hourly Rate Range : $46.00 - $54.00 per hour Responsibilities would include Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to evaluate student needs. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans. Provide direct speech-language therapy services in one-on-one, small group, and classroom settings. Address articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and social communication challenges. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to support student progress. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) and IDEA guidelines. Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions. Train and support teachers and staff on speech-language strategies and classroom accommodations. Required Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology License. North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) Professional Educator’s License in Speech-Language Pathology (required for school‑based positions). Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) from ASHA preferred. Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required.
