Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Stratford Manor Rehabilitation & Care Center seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support delivery of high-quality rehab services in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with gait training, therapeutic exercises, and functional mobility to help patients regain strength, independence, and quality of life. You will document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in our nurturing, supportive environment focused on teamwork, learning, and excellent patient-centered care.
