Registered Nurse

RN needed for a Neuro Critical Care Unit. This unit specializes in a range of critical care services. Experience with ischemic and hemorrhagic conditions, as well as neuro surgery, is essential. Candidates must have experience with advanced hemodynamic monitoring, including ICP monitoring. Experience with ventilated patients is required. Knowledge of managing pressors, inotropes, and vasoactive medications is needed. Assisting with line insertion and maintenance is part of the role. Candidates should be comfortable with managing lines, tubes, and drains for post-surgical patients. Experience with ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, bolts, EVDs, and PA lines is required. Candidates should also be proficient in waveform interpretation.
