What You’ll Do:

· Exclusive Learning Opportunities: Experience world-class programming and practical feedback.

· Hands-On Experience: You won’t observe from the sidelines. Work side-by-side with Agents and Executives across multiple departments and contribute to real projects that influence the industry.

· Collaborate with Industry Leaders: Have direct access to a global agency network spanning all departments. You will connect with industry leaders, build lasting relationships, and work alongside peers who share your passion.

· Eligibility: Must graduate before the program start date.

· Start Dates: Cohorts will start in January, March, June, and September 2027.

· Competitive Pay: This full-time position pays $23 per hour, with benefits included.

· Location: This program is based in Los Angeles and New York.
