Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in supporting Premiere Collectibles warehouse and fulfillment operations. This position is responsible for accurately packaging, shipping, and managing inventory to ensure timely and error-free order fulfillment. The Warehouse Associate helps maintain high product quality and organization standards while supporting the fulfillment of all online sales orders, including books, vinyl records, and specialty merchandise. By ensuring operational efficiency and attention to detail, this role contributes directly to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the companys e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders in accordance with established standard operating procedures to ensure accurate, timely, and secure shipments. Verify order contents, quantities, and shipping information to maintain high order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Packaging & Quality Control:

• Carefully package books, vinyl records, and specialty merchandise to prevent damage during transit while maintaining presentation and quality standards. Inspect products for defects or discrepancies prior to shipment.

Inventory Management:

• Assist with receiving, organizing, stocking, and tracking inventory within the warehouse. Conduct inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records to support operational efficiency.

Warehouse Organization:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by following company safety procedures and keeping workstations, shelving, and packing areas orderly and efficient.

Book-Plating:

• Affix autographed collectible bookplates to newly received book inventory in alignment with company quality standards.

General Warehouse Support:

• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace and support various warehouse functions as needed across Premiere Collectibles ventures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with Amazon or eBay listings a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Full-time hours based on warehouse needs, with flexibility for increased volume during holiday and event periods.

Employment Terms

• This position is classified as an hourly, at-will role, meaning employment can be terminated by either the employee or the company at any time, with or without notice, and with or without cause, in accordance with applicable law.
• Eligible full-time employees can participate in the companys benefits programs after successfully completing the relevant probationary or introductory period, in accordance with company policies and plan eligibility requirements.
