New hires start with a base salary of $25,000 and average at least an additional $12,000 in commissions in their first year. Responsibilities

Meet with folks from the Calhoun community to discuss their current insurance coverage and identify potential gaps in their protection.

Educate clients on the nuances of different policy options so they can make choices that leave them feeling secure.

Prepare and present tailored quotes that reflect the individual life circumstances of each person who walks through our doors.

Follow up on new inquiries with a friendly, helpful approach to ensure nobody's questions go unanswered.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions to keep our agency operations running smoothly.

Engage with local events and neighborhood initiatives to strengthen our agency's presence in Gordon County.

Requirements

Active Property and Casualty insurance license for the state of Georgia is preferred.

Documented experience in a sales or customer-facing role.

Clear and articulate verbal communication skills.

Comfort working with basic office software and computer systems.

A genuine desire to help neighbors understand their coverage options.

Prior experience with Allstate products is helpful but not mandatory.
