November 25 - November 29, 7 AM - 7 AM
December 24 - December 27, 7 AM - 7 AM
December 31 - January 3, 7 AM - 7 AM

Must be available for all listed dates
24-hour call coverage (7 AM - 7 AM)
Weekend coverage included
Average 10-12 days per month

Board Certified in Vascular Surgery
Active Colorado license or active IMLC
Clean malpractice history
DEA - highly preferred R equired Procedures / Skills
Abdominal open vascular procedures
Endovascular procedures Assignment Details
Trauma Level II call coverage
No support staff available
Call coverage includes surgical treatment of blunt and other vascular trauma
Coverage needed for existing surgeons' time off
Number of beds: 350
Admissions: 3-4
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days, with emergency privileging available ( 1 week)
