Business Litigation Attorney 

Our firm is a fast-growing Irvine litigation boutique handling high-stakes business disputes-partnership blow-ups, international arbitrations, crypto assets, and trust controversies. What you'll do:

• Lead all phases of complex civil litigation
• Early case assessment, written discovery, depositions, law and motion, and trial or arbitration across partnership/shareholder disputes, real estate, international litigation, crypto matters, and trust and estate controversies involving business interests 
• Own law and motion practice: draft and argue demurrers, MSJs, discovery motions, and dispositive motions with minimal supervision 
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and other ADR processes; develop and execute resolution strategy - Supervise, mentor, and quality-review junior associates and law clerks; keep case teams on schedule and on budget - Build and maintain client relationships; contribute to business development through bar involvement, referrals, and client outreach 
• Partner with firm leadership on case strategy and risk assessment for high-value matters 

What you need:

• Active California State Bar membership in good standing 
• 5-10 years of complex business litigation experience, with demonstrated exposure to at least two of the core practice areas listed above 
• Substantial law and motion experience-you have drafted and argued contested motions independently 
• Strong courtroom presence and oral advocacy skills 
• Ability to supervise junior timekeepers and manage competing deadlines across a busy docket 

Nice to have:

• Experience in international arbitration (ICC, JAMS International, AAA) or cross-border disputes 
• Familiarity with crypto/digital-asset litigation or blockchain-related evidentiary issues
• Existing book of business or portable client relationships 
• Bilingual skills (any language) given the firm's international client base 

Location & schedule :

• Full-time, in-person at our Irvine, CA office. After a 90-day introductory period, attorneys enjoy remote Wednesdays as a standard schedule benefit. No fully remote option at this time.

• Base salary: $200,000-$250,000 per year, commensurate with experience
