Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

This role is primarily responsible for implementing, management and optimization of cloud infrastructure in a multi-cloud environment. Key responsibilities include providing hands-on support for cloud infrastructure, develop Infrastructure as Code solutions, and assist application teams with cloud adoption. Proficiency in scripting, cloud infrastructure tools, and ability to work independently on medium complexity tasks is required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure Management – Deploys and manages cloud resources, optimizing configurations for security, performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Infrastructure as Code – Writes and maintains IaC templates, manages CI/CD pipelines, and automates cloud operations
• Cloud Infrastructure Support – Troubleshoots and resolves intermediate issues, often working cross-functionally to support applications and services
• Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring - Monitors and enforces security best practices; manages role-based access and compliance tasks.
• Support - Assists in the design of scalable and reliable architectures, contributing to cloud architecture planning. Maintain and share technical documentation to support knowledge transfer within the team. Provides 24/7 on-call support to ensure the availability and reliability of cloud infrastructure.
