Work Environment\n

This role will primarily be carried out in a remote setting with opportunities to connect with clients through virtual platforms and in slightly less formal environments, such as community outreach initiatives. Our outpatient office serves as a hub for our dedicated clinical staff, where collaboration and teamwork are core values. The working hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured yet flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients experiencing symptoms of severe mental health issues, including substance abuse, trauma, and major emotional disorders through both face-to-face and virtual sessions.

• Contribute actively to multidisciplinary team meetings, ensuring that client care strategies are collaborative and aligned with best practices.

• Adhere to Ethical Guidelines and the Code of Conduct while also functioning effectively within the organizational and financial frameworks governing our practice.

• Provide in-depth assessment and evidence-based interventions to clients, ensuring personalized and effective treatment plans are created and implemented.

• Manage an assigned caseload, which includes conducting individual, group, and family therapy interventions centered around the client’s recovery journey.

• Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate and effective support during critical situations.
\n
• Monitor client progress through regular meetings and assessments, adjusting treatment plans based on the evolving needs and requests of clients.

• Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation and data submissions, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and treatment outcomes.

• Participate in quality improvement committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
