About the Role:

At Parklands Care Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients overcome communication and swallowing disorders, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. With a focus on providing high-quality care and personalized attention to our residents, we are committed to creating an environment that promotes healing, recovery, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with communication and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs

• Provide speech therapy services to patients, including individual and group sessions

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress

About the Opportunity:

• Competitive salary range of $55 - $60 hourly

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology

• Florida state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
