AV Technology Research Analyst

DPP is seeking an AV Technology Research Analyst for an opportunity with our client in the healthcare insurance industry.


Work location : Fully onsite in Columbia, SC
Duration : 12 months
Term : W2 position
Work authorization : Candidates must be eligible to earn a low-level (Public Trust) US security clearance.


Position summary:

• This position will assist the primary AV Analyst with installations, operational support, and maintenance for all equipment in the environment.
• Consultation and design of conference room setups.
• Providing customer support by communicating with customers and understanding their needs.
• Travel to other organization locations in Columbia, Florence and Surfside as needed.

Required technologies:

• Video chat
• Audio and visual support of Creston and Extron devices
• Creston
• Extron
• Microsoft Teams Rooms experience
• Audio and video installation experience

Skills:

• Troubleshooting skills
• Customer service
• Communication skills

Minimum required work experience:

• 2 years of specific knowledge of the technologies or products to be supported, including 1 year of experience directly supporting the technologies or products.

Required education/equivalencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree;
• OR, Associates degree in CS, IT, or other job-related degree plus 2 years of work-related experience;
• OR, 4 years job-related work experience (total 6 years without a degree)
