Facility Maintenance Technician: General Building Repair

GEM Facility Management, part of Rudolph Libbe Group, is seeking a Facility Maintenance associate for North Ridgeville, OH. The role performs general building maintenance, basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs under a manager. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 5 years of maintenance experience, 2 years painting/exterior wall prep, and a valid driver’s license.
