RN Unit Manager at Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center 8am-4pm (Mon. -Fri.) A home away from home for our residents. We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our team at Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 200-bed Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility located in Cortland, New York. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about quality care, staff support, and creating a positive environment for residents, patients, families, and team members. Competitive salary: $80,000-$85,800 annually (plus a Sign on BONUS $6000) Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership, supervision, and support to nursing staff Monitor clinical care delivery to ensure quality and compliance Assist with staff education, coaching, and performance management Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to improve outcomes Support resident/patient care planning and clinical decision-making Help foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compassion Promote excellent customer service for residents, patients, and families Requirements: Current RN license in good standing Previous leadership or supervisory nursing experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills Knowledge of regulatory and documentation standards Excellent communication and team-building abilities Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care What We’re Looking For: A nurse leader who leads by example Supports and mentors staff Communicates clearly and professionally Thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting Is passionate about delivering exceptional care #J-18808-Ljbffr Crownparkrehab
