Student Support Specialist

Job Location: Wake Forest, NC 27587. Position Type: Part Time. Purpose of the Job The Student Support office exists to be the primary resource for students at SEBTS. The Student Support office answers student questions, connects students as needed to appropriate offices, manages student resources, and executes hybrid weekend events. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Effectively answer student questions by phone and email. Help students register for classes and understand which degree programs align with their current circumstances (on-campus or online). Provide basic support for computer systems including Microsoft 365, Learning, and Self‑Service. Perform data processing and administrative tasks as needed. Write effective emails notifying students of critical updates. Other Duties & Responsibilities Must be available to help with hybrid weekend special events. Knowledge and Skills Proficient people and communication skills required. Proficient English skills required. High level of comfort at talking on the phone required. Pay and Hours Pay: $13.50/hour. Hours: Generally available to work 12pm-5pm Monday-Thursday and 8am-4pm on Fridays.
