Builder Lead

What you will experience in this position: Serve as a working floor supervisor, engaging in the construction and fitting of components while leading all aspects of daily work activities and team performance Supervise and direct employees on the floor to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met Install all building components including HVAC units, windows, and doors Read and interpret prints and bills of materials to ensure detailed execution Finish the necessary paperwork and confirm all parts are shipped with the building Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and man lifts safely Load and unload building materials with precision Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently as needed Adapt to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected challenges with ease You have: Prior experience supervising or leading employees in a hands‑on work environment A proven background in construction or related field Experience with assembly and installation tasks Proficiency in reading blueprints and handling construction tools The ability to meet the physical and environmental demands of the job, including working in various weather conditions, lifting, pulling and moving heavy material, standing for long periods of time Benefits to support the lives of our employees Benefit Overview Medical, dental, and vision plans along with flexible spending accounts, short‑term and long‑term disability benefits, critical illness, accident insurance and life insurance.
