We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in South Padre Island. The ideal candidate will provide excellent guest service while assisting with reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and daily front desk operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome hotel guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
• Assist guests with reservations, room changes, requests, and general information about the hotel and local area.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Process payments, maintain accurate guest accounts, and provide receipts.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready and guest requests are addressed.
• Assist with special events, group reservations, and hotel activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
• Perform basic administrative and data entry duties.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures regarding guest safety, security, and confidentiality.
• Provide information about local restaurants, attractions, activities, and transportation options.
• Assist management with other administrative and front desk duties as needed.

ualifications:

• Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and friendly attitude.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
